Banana French Toast Protein Pancakes
-150 g Banana, mashed
-1/2 Kodiak Pancake Mix or Regular Pancake Mix
-1.5 c. Egg Whites
-1.5 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
-2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
-2 tsp. Cinnamon
1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until smooth and there are few lumps.
2. I’m pretty sure you have made pancakes before so you know the next steps.
3. Top with whatever you would like on your pancakes!
