Greatest Omelette of All Time
The GOAT Omelette
– 2 or 3 Eggs per Omelette
– 1 tsp Butter
– 1.5 Tbsp Goat Cheese
– 1 Tbsp Bell Pepper, minced
– 1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
– 1 Tbsp Green Onions, diced
– Salt & Pepper
-New Red or Yellow Potatoes, cubed
– 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
– 1/2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
– 1 tsp Paprika
– 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
– Salt & Pepper
1. In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients for the air fryer potatoes. Air fry on a high heat setting for around 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
2. Prepare all ingredients for the omelette and have them ready to go by the stove top.
3. In a medium size fry pan, over medium heat, add butter into the pan and then the whisked eggs. Push the cooked portion of egg towards the center of the pan and let the liquid continuously touch the fry pan until it is about 60-70% cooked through. Make sure the burner is not on too high, which would cook the eggs too quickly.
4. Add the veggies and cheese. When the eggs are about 80-90% cooked through, start to roll or fold over into three turns. The eggs will continue to cook when you fold it over. Remove from heat and serve.
5. Customize this recipe in any way: another example could be using mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
