We’re dedicated to continuing the legacy of excellence in movement and nutrition that the Battlefords community has cherished since 2015. Our vision is to provide top rank athlete training and to provide a variety of opportunities for wellness, strength and growth to all our members. Owner & Coach
Robyn O'Hara
Health and Wellness has always been a significant part of my life. From the age of 6, I was a competitive gymnast and dancer and was always active. This is where my love of movement, stretching and hard work stemmed from.
I graduated in Ontario with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology Degree in 2010. I have spent 15 + years working in different forms of rehabilitation. I have assisted many individuals with varied medical conditions such as Stroke survivors, MVA patients, Acquired Brain Injury individuals and those with broken or fractured bones. The body is a miraculous machine, and it never ceases to amaze me the lengths it can transform with the right tools and guidance. I moved to Saskatchewan in 2022 with my young family and we are normally swimming, hiking with our 2 dogs, at some activity or travelling. I started working at NB Strength in 2023 and I am grateful to call this place my new home!
My passion for mobility, flexibility and strength is what drew me to Pilates. I have obtained my Pilates and Conditioning with Athletes Certificate and am currently working toward becoming a Certified Pilates Mat Instructor. Pilates is the perfect routine to incorporate into any training or exercise plan to increase workload and decrease risk of injury.
You may find me in the office, coaching a class or sweating right alongside you but I will be happy to guide you in any way I can!

Landry Derdall
Are you looking to improve how you move and feel on the daily? You are in the right place! I’m Landry Derdall- BA Psychology, BSCKin, CSEP-Clinical Exercise Physiologist. I enjoy making daily movement and athletics a major part of my lifestyle. Currently, I am the assistant coach of the U13 Bandits Fastball Provincial Team and the U18 Battlefords AAA Sharks.
Why two university degrees, you may ask? I believe when pursuing a health and fitness journey, at any age, needs a holistic approach. My focus is on athlete training, lifestyle training, including weight loss, and pre and post-natal fitness. My Clinical Exercise Physiologist designation allows me to work with healthy and non-healthy individuals, including but not limited to Diabetes, MS, COPD and Parkinson’s Disease.
I plan to continue my education as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist specializing in Pre and Post Natal Exercise and High Performance. In addition to specializing, I plan to return to University to pursue my Masters of Science in Sport and Performance Psychology to achieve a Certified Mental Performance Consultant Certification. I believe that learning is lifelong and can only benefit my clients.
I look forward to working collaboratively with motivated and passionate individuals who are interested in improving their performance, health and wellness. Together, we will work together to create a lifestyle that supports you physically and mentally.
Dietitian & Coach
Dallas Odgers
Growing up, I was heavily involved in athletics and developed a love for the science of nutrition. As a self-professed science geek, I was drawn to the field because it was so closely tied to cooking, food, and eating. Today, I am passionate about creating healthy recipes and meal plans that prioritize enjoyment and encourage a flexible approach to dieting.
My philosophy is simple: I believe that eating well should never feel like a chore or a sacrifice. That’s why I focus on making healthy eating easy and accessible for busy people. Whether you’re juggling a full-time job, raising a family, or running your own business, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to prioritize your health and fitness goals.
That’s where I come in. I love working with individuals who, like me, are striving to make progress in their health and wellness while navigating a busy schedule. With my guidance and support, I can help you create a sustainable nutrition plan that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.
So if you’re ready to prioritize your health without sacrificing enjoyment or convenience, I’m here to help. Let’s work together to create a personalized nutrition plan that works for you.

Mike Ross
Growing up, I’ve always had a passion for fitness and athletics. I grew up in Crystal Lake, Illinois and I’ve lived in The Battlefords for the last 8 years. My high school days were filled with baseball, basketball, football and soccer. I continued playing baseball in university, before embarking on my coaching career. I have coached for over 12 years. I have experience training individual athletes, teams and small groups and coaching baseball and soccer teams. Outside of NB Strength I teach Physical Education at Holy Family School, play baseball with the North Battleford Beavers, and enjoy spending time with my family.
Coach
Antje Rongve
Born and raised in North Battleford, I grew up playing sports in school and on club teams. After graduating high school and not being able to play sports, I turned to a local bootcamp and loved the group workout aspect of it. My husband, Mark, told me that his best friend Dallas was opening up a strength & conditioning gym in 2016 and so we both joined. I have been hooked since! I became a coach in 2017 when I graduated university and moved back to North Battleford. I continue to show up to NB Strength classes because I love the people. My favourite part of the workout is being able to chat with friends and catch up on how things are going with everybody. It is just a bonus that we get some exercise in while making those connections! Love my NB Strength Fam

Hey, I’m Lynnsy! I’ve been a member of NB Strength and Conditioning since 2016 and have been coaching here since 2020. In 2022 I took my CrossFit Level 1 Certificate Course. I love being a part of the NB Strength community, helping people grow in their fitness. I have been active throughout my life, focusing mainly on figure skating when growing up and now doing a variety of activities including running, kayaking, and participating in classes at NB Strength. Outside of coaching, I am a pharmacist in both the hospital and community settings. My career allows me to help people manage their health conditions, which I find quite rewarding. In my down time, you can find me playing with my dogs, spending time with family, or travelling.
