Off Season Hockey Training

DRIVEN- DISCIPLINED – COMPREHENSIVE CONDITIONING
NB Strength’s Comprehensive Off-Season Hockey Conditioning Program is designed to prepare athletes both physically and mentally for their upcoming season. This program offers a valuable opportunity to train in a competitive group environment.
Our training adopts a holistic approach, targeting strength, endurance, speed, mobility, and flexibility. The curriculum includes various components such as cardiovascular work, strength training, agility drills, mental/cognitive awareness exercises, Pilates, and stretching.
We seek dedicated athletes who are committed to the sport of hockey and focused on preparing for the upcoming season!
To ensure effective oversight there will only be 10 spots available per group!
Program Details for Ages 7-12:
Duration: 1 session per week for 6 weeks, from July 8th to August 14th
Price: $180

Fitness testing at the beginning and end of the block

- One additional recommended at-home program per week
- One nutrition education evening session

Program Details for Ages 13+
Duration: 2 sessions per week for 6 weeks, from July 8th to August 14th
– Block 1: May 13th to June 20th
– Block 2: July 8th to August 14th
Price: $350 for block 1 | $500 for block 2

Tuesdays &Thursdays, 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM - Block 2
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Block 1 will focus on strength, conditioning, energy system training, and mobility.
Block 2 will emphasize power conversion, energy system training, speed, and mobility. Both blocks will prioritize core strength and injury prevention.
