Jalapeno Cheddar Burgz
– 800 g Extra Lean Ground Beef
– 1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
– 1/4 c. Red Onion, diced
– 2 or 3 Tbsp Pickled Jalapenoes, diced
– 1 tsp Dried Parsley
– 1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt
– 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Form into equal sized patties.
3. Grill over medium heat, until a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
